Outdoor or Online?

Weather & temperature dependent. If the temp is below 60° or it is raining, the class will be conducted online. If it is below 60° (like 58° or 59° and the temp is rising, we will be outdoors)

Come salute the sun, experience the grass beneath your feet, the sweet air of the morning, a canopy of trees, birds singing, and maybe a little sweat. The haven of the outdoors coupled with an intelligent sequence of flowing movements, strength requirements, and flexibility enhancing postures makes for one incredibly amazing practice!

We are at the point in the season wherein the temps are getting higher. Although not quite warm enough to go outside, we are getting closer to that point. As we move through April, we may experience temperatures that are warm enough for us to do yoga outdoors. Until temperatures are consistently warm enough, decisions will be made each day for each class based on temperature and weather conditions. There will be an update on this page approximately 45 minutes to One Hour prior to class time regarding location (outdoors or zoom) IF the weather is questionable.

As of now, mid-April 2025, all classes are still on zoom until the warmer weather arrives.
